After watching this debates, My final decision the President that I will vote must have a SMART plan ( Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-bound) And sad to say only 1 person completes the 5, that is MR. DUTERTE… 3-6 months he will do what he’d promised and he will do the work, how about the other Presidentiable ?
